Select your MP3 player model, click 'Continue' and then disconnect the player from your computer.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run hardware and device troubleshooter and see if that helps.
a) Press “Windows Key + R”, type Control Panel.
b) Then type “Troubleshooting” in the Search box and hit enter.
